You are then free to negotiate and complete your own private sale thus avoiding paying potentially thousands of pounds in estate agent fees.
How much does it cost?
As part of our introductory offer MYOmove is free for Sellers. Once you have created your Property Profile you can make contact through MYOmove with any number of users who have registered their interest in buying a property in your location.
I have more than one property to sell, can I use MYOmove?
Absolutely, you can add as many properties as you wish.
Can I use an estate agent as well as MYOmove?
Yes. You can use MYOmove as well as selling your property through an estate agent. But why not register with our site and see if there are buyers already interested in buying your property - you may not need to pay those estate agent fees. However, some people choose to sell both privately and through an estate agent to maximise their exposure and thereby increase their chance of selling. As long as you have not signed a 'Sole Selling' agreement with your estate agent (which is unlikely) your estate agent should not charge you commission in the event that you sell your property privately.
