  1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
    1. By using the website MYOmove.com ("MYOmove"), the user ("You") agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Accuracy of Information
    1. In no event or circumstance shall myomove be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this information.
    2. It is your responsibility to verify any information that you may obtain on myomove with independent authorities before acting upon it.
    3. It is your responsibility to use suitable anti-virus software on any material that you may download from the MYOmove website.
  3. Limitation of Liability
    1. We will not be liable for negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise, for an direct or indirect consequential damage suffered by you as a result of your use of our website.
    2. We will not be liable any computer virus transmitted through myomove. It is your responsibility to use suitable anti-virus software on any material that you may download from the myomove.
  4. Copying
    1. You may print hard copies of any material for your own personal non-commercial use
    2. All other forms of copying are prohibited.
    3. The words myomove, myomove.co.uk and myomove.com are the trademarks of Myomove.com Ltd. Any reproduction of these trademarks is prohibited.
    4. News articles are the copyright of Myomove.com Ltd.
  5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
    1. We reserve the right to change these Terms and conditions without prior notice to you. If we change the Terms and Conditions, it will be posted to the web site and become effective at the time of posting.

Refund Policy

  1. All customers are given a 'cooling off' period of 7 days after they receive access to our service, allowing them to ensure to their satisfaction that they have received the service which has been paid for. If contact is made with another registered user then the 'cooling off' period automatically finishes.
  2. Refunds are not otherwise issued and the service provision will continue until the 3 month period is up.
  3. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis if the client can that prove that service do not meet with their expectation.

Refund Procedure

Please email support@myomove.com indicating and explaining your desire for a refund. We will then investigate the request to determine your elligibility. If successful, we will refund your payment card.
